AIRPORT PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS

CURB SIDE PICK UP’s:

 

All airport Pick-Up’s considered as curb- side ( Outside ) pick-up unless you ask for an inside pick- up ( Meet and Greet) specifically. For the curb side pick up, you must provide us a cell phone number so our drivers and our dispatchers can contact you upon your arrival. You will always receive a text message from your driver upon arrival, with a brief info of the driver’s name, car make and model and car# so you can directly be in contact with your driver for a faster pick up. Your driver will be on stand by somewhere near the airport (OFF THE AIRPORT). Once you contact your driver via text message or phone call , your driver will pulls up to the curb to meet you outside in a few minutes. when you contact your driver or our office we have to know 3 important locator info 1st What Terminal # 2nd What Level # 3rd What door # or Passenger Pick -Up Area #, you are waiting after this vital info if you wish you can add more info to your text such as” between ” or “near” specific Door # or Passenger Pick- Up Area# , or brief description about your clothes exc, to make it easier for your driver to find you.

IF YOU DON’T MIND GOING TO DEPARTURES LEVEL, IT WILL BE ALWAYS FASTER AND EASIER TO FIND YOU, AFTER YOU RECEIVED YOUR LUGGAGE OR WHEN YOU WALK OUT OF THE PLANE IF YOU DON’T HAVE ANY LUGGAGE TO WAIT FOR .

INSIDE PICK UP’s ( MEET AND GREET)

Our clients usually ask for inside pick-up’s if they like to have assistance with their luggage or themselves to get into their car, if traveling first time to an airport and don’t want to deal with the figuring out the airport, or to have their guest relative or parents , kids ,international travelers ( Especially if they don’t have a working US cell#) to be met hassle free inside the airport to ensure they can be assisted and found easier.

INSTRUCTION FOR INSIDE PICK UP’S:

 

Your driver will walk in to the airport to meet you with a sign that your name on it, by the baggage claim area (By the designated carousel for your flight). Your driver will wait inside and also text you or call you to give his brief information and after he spots you he will help you out with your luggage and take you to the car in the parking lot.

 

***Please indicate if you would like to be picked up either inside or outside of the airport when you book your reservations. Inside pick-up’s have an additional charge for the parking and waiting time.
